You can determine your t-shirt size using a simple method with a measuring tape. Here's how to do it:
Wrap the measuring tape around your chest, just below your armpits. Make sure the measuring tape is snug, but not too tight. Note the measurement in centimeters. Once you have these measurements, you can refer to the chart below to find the t-shirt size that matches your measurements
